Groundplay was responsible for the design of site-specific items for this project at Sandy Bay, a recent recipient of an AILA award of merit. Items included seating, shelters, bollards, signage and a graphic theme sandblasted into 600 metres of sea wall. As well as influencing the design, the harsh climatic conditions were also a key factor in
materials selection.
